A. Information Provided by You

  • •Proprietary Coaching Data (The "Executive Stress Check-In"): Your weekly and daily subjective ratings regarding mood, non-training stress, sleep quality, and mental readiness. This data is proprietary to enza.team and forms the basis of our personalized coaching recommendations.
  • •Knowledge Base Input: Any personal philosophies, goals, or scheduling constraints you provide, including the content from your training book.

B. Information from Third-Party Fitness Providers (Garmin, Wahoo, etc.)

When you connect your Garmin, Wahoo, or other fitness account(s) to our Service, you provide express prior consent for us to access and process the following data:

Activity Data

Detailed workout logs, power/heart rate data, duration, distance, intensity, and completed workout files (.FIT, .GPX).

Used for anomaly detection and cross-referencing against your subjective stress scores to detect Life Decoupling and monitor Consistency Breaks.

Location Data

GPS traces, route data, and elevation (included in the activity files).

Used only to analyze the context of your completed outdoor workouts (e.g., elevation gain) and to sync prescribed outdoor workouts to your device.

Health Data

Aggregated data on sleep duration/quality, resting heart rate (RHR), and non-training stress scores (where available).

Used to assess overall recovery capacity and inform the prescription engine.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is primarily used to power our custom system designed around the philosophy of "Consistency is King."

  • •Service Delivery: To provide you with a dynamic, personalized training plan.
  • •Coaching System Training and Optimization: Your de-identified workout and check-in data is aggregated and used to continuously refine the reasoning and accuracy of our proprietary coaching system.
  • •Proprietary IP Protection: enza.team uses its internal knowledge base to ground and guide the coaching system's communication and planning processes. This content is used solely to enhance the service provided to you and is not shared with any third-party provider for external or generalized model training.
  • •Workout Prescription: We use your data to create and push structured workout files directly to your connected devices via the Garmin Training API or Wahoo Cloud API.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with the following parties:

    Connected Device Providers (Garmin, Wahoo): We send (push) your scheduled workout files to these providers solely for the purpose of syncing the plan to your device. We do not share your proprietary Executive Stress Check-In data with them.
    Garmin Disclaimer: You acknowledge that any data submitted to the enza.team Service is submitted to Signal 101 LLC and not to Garmin. Garmin has no responsibility or liability for the collection, processing, or use of your data by enza.team.
  • •Cloud AI Providers (Google Vertex/Gemini): We use Google Vertex AI / Gemini to power our coaching engine's training plan generation and communication. Data shared with this provider is limited to coach-authored content (coaching principles, workout templates, season plan structure, instructions) and our platform's own internally computed coaching assessments. Data obtained from Garmin is not shared with any external AI provider. All Garmin data is processed exclusively on our own servers. The coaching assessments derived from this processing contain no raw Garmin metrics or data attributable to Garmin. Data sent to Google Vertex AI is processed in a secure, private environment and is not used by the provider to train their generalized public models.

  • •Legal/Compliance: Shared if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
5. Your Consent, Rights, and Data Retention
  • •Consent: By connecting a third-party fitness platform (like Garmin or Wahoo) to our Service, you provide express consent for us to access and process the data as described in this Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by disconnecting the third-party account via your enza.team profile settings.
  • •Data Retention: enza.team will not retain your Garmin/Wahoo data for longer than is needed for the reasonable operation and functionality of your Service subscription. If you cancel your subscription or revoke access, we will promptly delete the retained fitness data.
  • •Children's Privacy: Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age.
7. AI-Powered Systems and Internal Tools

enza.team uses a combination of internally developed systems and third-party AI tools (currently Google Vertex AI / Gemini) to provide personalized training prescriptions and coaching communication.

Our server-side coaching engine processes all device and wearable data (including data from Garmin and other connected platforms) internally on our own infrastructure. This processing produces coaching assessments expressed in our platform's own terminology. Only these internally generated assessments, along with coach-authored content such as coaching principles, workout templates, and season plan structures, are provided to our third-party AI provider for training plan generation.

Garmin data is not shared with any external AI provider. No raw Garmin metrics, scores, device data, or data attributable to Garmin is transmitted to Google Vertex AI / Gemini or any other external AI system. All Garmin data processing occurs exclusively on enza.team's own servers.

The logic of our coaching engine is grounded in our proprietary coaching methodology to ensure safety and consistency. Your data is never used to train public, generalized AI models.
